An really good mix of modern luxury and colonial charm at this boutique JW Marriott. The meeting facilities are excellent and offer great views of the F1 races. The attentive and well-trained team ensures a comfortable stay. The convenient location near Suntec and Marina Bay Sands is a big plus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was recently renovated, so it had a modern and clean feel. The location was very convenient, with shopping malls and attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service.

The pillows in the room were either too soft or too hard, a bit disappointing. the pool on the 18th level was short in length and not very deep.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, where all our needs were fulfilled with exclusive amenities. the Spa and wellness centre was amazing, with a wide variety of treatments like full body massage, body wraps and beauty treatments. the outdoor infinity pool on the rooftop, with its stunning view and sun loungers, was the perfect place to relax. the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area had a wide range of drinks and food options, while the restaurant with its special diet menus was a delight.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service, which could have been better. the staff at the check-in counter were not very friendly or welcoming, which made us feel a bit aloof.

The location was perfect, great to easily explore the city and access public transportation. the staff provided really good service, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed.

The high tech features were excellent, from the automatic toilet seat to the curtain and blind controls. The staff were friendly, approachable, and made our anniversary stayca special with a surprise cake and card. The f&b staff at Beach Road Kitchen were excellent. The hotel ambiance and modern facilities were unparalleled. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food and the location of the hotel was convenient.

The care and attention provided during this incident showcased the hotel's commitment to service excellence. the hotel's location was ideal, with attractions like Bugis, Haji, and Suntec/MarinaSq/Raffles City within walking distance. We also discovered The Projector, a charming rep cinema just down the road, a great find. I highly recommend JW Marriott for its excellent service and convenient location.

We were impressed by the luxurious amenities and services offered at this hotel. the staff provided exceptional service and the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay. the outdoor swimming pool and infinity pool with sun loungers provided a relaxing experience. the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered was the placement of the main shower head in the room, causing difficulty in showering without getting fully wet. this hotel exceeded our expectations and fulfilled all of our luxury needs with its exclusive amenities and services.
